Absolutely not. Ive been here 5 times since the ownership change, each time for breakfast. Each time I ordered 2 pancakes, 2 eggs over easy, and Bacon light. Always takes more than 15 minutes and the bacon is burnt and dry, eggs are over medium, and the pancakes disintegrate the second you touch them. Absolutely ridiculous. I will not go back there ever again.

Hi, I'm just another customer but I can tell you that the former owner is named Bonnie and runs Heritage Hall in Inwood and she is wonderful. I'm sure that if you explain the situation she will reimburse you for your gift card as she was the one who made the $ off your gift card purchase. I do think that the new owners should have offered to take care of the issue on your behalf but I hope this helps.
